M.O.V.E . (Monroe’s Organized Voters for Education) is a non-partisan advocacy group focused on maintaining and improving the quality of education and community in Monroe in a fiscally responsible manner. MOVE formed in 2008 in order to educate the public about the state of Monroe Public Schools. Since the formation of MOVE, voter turns out in annual budget referenda has increased on average by 25-30 %.

MOVE invites concerned parents and citizens to participate.

MOVE consists of a leadership council and volunteers who take on various tasks towards improving education in Monroe. The 2013 Leadership Council for MOVE includes:
